Black and Decker VPX Flashlight
The VPX battery system has already been developed and designed. Marketing called for a very lightweight ,minimal flashlight to go into the system. Here are some initial sketches for the flashlight design.
This was one of the top concepts picked out by marketing. What they wanted was a small, lightweight and minimal flashlight. This idea used the already successful snakelight design.

These renderings showed how versatile the flashlight could be. We put much thought into how it could be positioned on various surfaces.
